Tom made his professional performing debut in Dubai playing the ‘Mad Hatter’ in Alice on the QE2, where he became one of the founding members of what is now known to be Arts International. As well as touring the UK and performing in some of your favourite leading shows on the West End, he has worked with and nurtured children and young adults passion for theatre. Be it teaching kids how to sing, dance and act at Stagecoach or delivering top-class workshops on how to be more confident in public speaking abilities through your own self expression. Tom is dedicated to ensure the all rounded growth of a confident, evocative human being and has worked with both adults and young people to achieve this growth, not only within a performing arts environment, but also from high in the mountains as a fully accredited BASI Level 2 Ski Instructor.
THEATRE
Tom has just finished touring the UK in Heathers The Musical, the adaptation of the 80’s cult classic, playing ‘Beleaguered Geek’ and covering the lead role JD who he performed as frequently. Prior to this, Tom had just finished the first international tour of The Book of Mormon, reaching audiences in not just the UK, but Ireland, Holland, Denmark and Switzerland, spanning over 500 shows. He subsequently went to play the role for a short run at the Prince of Wales Theatre in the West End.
Other theatre credits include: Tom in Dear Nobody (Workshop – Sheffield Crucible), Hansel & Gretel (Regents Park Open Air Theatre), Mad Hatter in Alice (QE2, Dubai), Joel in But I’m A Cheerleader (Workshop MT Fest), Caractacus Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (Gaiety Theatre), Simeon in Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat (Gaiety Theatre), Romeo in Disney’s Newsies (ArtsEd, Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation Theatre).
Tom has appeared in multiple pantomimes, most recently at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley as Prince Charming, appearing alongside Brenda Edwards with Crossroads, the most prestigious pantomime company in the UK.
